In 2016, I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's disease -- an autoimmune disease that affects close to 800 million people globally; with half of these people not even knowing they are affected. 
The standard protocol is to abstain from sugar, dairy, gluten, starch, gum, and high fructose fruits. This meant no dessert! 
As a former fat kid, with a lifelong obsession with dessert, there was no way dessert was leaving my menu. That's how ReMade Foods was born. 
I got busy learning how to 'remake' the desserts I loved using healthy ingredients; starting with brownies and chocolate chip cookies. In 2021, I launched ReMade Foods to share these miracle desserts with the world.
